一、产品概述 General

         JXT2系列电缆"T”接端子主要适用于建筑、工业电气设备中作主电缆(干线)不能切断时的"T”形分线连接用。该产品在继承TJXT1系列"T”接端子的所有优点的基础上突出了其安全防护性功能，同时从产品外形到内在结构上进行更精心的突破性的工业设计，使其不仅具有纤小离现的外形，同时更具有可靠紧凑的内部结构。该产品的推出在大大提高了其性能价格比的同时也拓展了其使用范围，给设计师们提供了足够的想象空间，是电缆"T”接端子产品领域里的一朵奇花。
         本产品符合IEC60947-7-1，GB1404B.7,1和JB/9659.1标准。
         JXT2 series T-type connector is used for branch line "T”connection in the construction and industrial electric equipment when cable trunk can’t be cut off. On the basis of advantage of TJXT1 series T-type connector, it shows its highlight of safety protection, and makes a breakthrough in design. This launch of the connector, not only greatly increases the performance/price ratio, but also expands the service range, so as to provide designer with enough imagination space. It stands out in the industry of cable T-type connector.
         The products are in conformity with IEC60947-7-1，GB1404B.7,1 and JB/9659.1.

三、结构特点 Feature

JXT2系列电缆"T”接端子由绝缘基座、接线框、防护罩三部分组成、接线框由导线夹、螺钉、螺母和变承框等零件组成，结线夹与导线接触面呈包容形的犬牙交错结构，具有接触面大、压接可靠的特点。通过不同形状的导线突的相互组合，可形成双层接线，下层接入主干线，上层接入分支线，形成干线不断的"T”形连接。产品为防护型，尤其适合在电缆桥架和电缆井道等狭小场所中使用，能有效地防止鼠患对线路的危害。
This series of connector is composed of insulator foot, wire frame, protective cover. The wire frame is made up of clamp, screw, nut and supporting fixture, etc.A closed interlocking structure is formed between clamp and conductor contact surface with large contact surface and reliable crimping, Through combinations of different shapes of clamps, a double-layer connection can be formed, which makes the trunk line be connected f rom the lower layer and branch l ine be connected from the upper layer. Thus,"T”connection is formed. The product is protection type, especially suitable for the narrow locations like cable tray and cable shaft, to effectively prevent the circuit being damaged by mouse.

四、安装 Installation

JXT2系列电缆"T”接端子有以下三种安装方式：
1、卡驻在安装轨(TH-35顶螺轨)上
2、接线完毕后即附著在主干线上
3、用螺钉安装在底板或是墙壁上，安装时仪用二个安装孔呈对角线安装
① 打开的护罩(见图3)
② 取出螺钉、导线夹、装入主干线、装上导线夹和螺钉(见图4)
③ 带上防护罩并拧紧安装螺钉(见图5)
④ 揭开透明顶盖旋松接线螺钉装入分支线后拧紧螺钉盖上透明顶盖即可(见图6)

1. Plug it in the mounting rail (TH-35 top-hat rail),(only for type JXT1-50).
2. Attach it to the trunk line after connection.
3. Mount it on the bottom plate or wall with the screw, adopt the way of diagonal line installation with two mounting holes

五、使用步骤 Instruction for use

① 打开的护罩(见图3)
② 取出螺钉、导线夹、装入主干线、装上导线夹和螺钉(见图4)
③ 带上防护罩并拧紧安装螺钉(见图5)
④ 揭开透明顶盖旋松接线螺钉装入分支线后拧紧螺钉盖上透明顶盖即可(见图6)
Three ways to install this series of connector:

2. Attach it to the trunk line after connection.
3. Mount it on the bottom plate or wall with the screw, adopt the way of diagonal line installation with two mounting holes
① Open the protective cover
② Take the screw and clamp out, connect the trunk line and assemble the clamp and screw
③ Put the protective cover on and tighten the mounting screw
④ Open the top transparent cover, loosen the connection screw, then connect the branch
wire, at last tighten the screw and shut the transparent cover down.
